Have a read through this - http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?s...mp;hl=4KC+TURBO Theres a good setup on page 2
A J-Pipe would be a lot easier to make than a custom manifold, it also mounts the turbo up higher which is easier for oil/coolant lines.

Turbro coming soon :y:

That looks stacks better since you painted it all up at the front. :y:
You missed a huge spot though. The metal guard that sits under the grille. You didnt paint it!
yea i will paint that shortly, i have to take the front apron off to get it off because the nuts are rounded off and rusted :y: .
Too Quick, i would keep it original but the toyoglide is so fuking annoying.
I havent got a 7KE, but i might look at getting one later, and it is going to be resprayed when i can take it off the road for a while, i don't know what colour possibly a silvery gold. its not that shiny, your just looking at it on a good angle :y:

This is the KE25 i bought of Sharpie (Rob) about a week ago (pic is after i gave it a cut + polish and painted some bits).
Its got a Bigport 3K with a 2 speed toyoglide :y:
Plans are:
Firstly manual conversion, then it will be my daily for a while while i turbo the KE70
Then later on, ill give it a respray and chuck a mild 5K in it, or maybe a 7K-E with the injection :y:

Cheers, can anyone confirm that this will work in a KE25

Spotted a Blue KE10 on Hanson Road at about 4:45 today.
Anyone on here?
-
You used an auto tailshaft?
maybe i can use it in my 25.

Just need good front tyres to drift, be careful though. 14 inch tyres eliminated the understeer in my car. Crappy stock Corona rims, silica compound "Sumitomo" fronts and hard as a d**k on viagra "Federals" on the rear ftw!
Another good description
I have some wider rims to go on.
-
it gives you fuk all more power, you hardly even notice it.
-
with my old ke20 i just took the heater hoses off at the fire wall then just joined the two holes on the engine togeather with one of the bits of hose so there was no heater at all so i didnt have to worry about it
I did the same on my KE55, except i just used heater hose blockers, which you can buy from any auto parts store.
-
Took this pig out for some drifting tonight, because it is pissing down
It goes alright, better than my 55 did, i spun out about 5 times, but i didnt crash
Raven had a drive, he reckoned it understeered too much, but thats cause he wasnt using the handbrake.
-
my 253 is so f@$ked it makes about as much power as a 3k, anything is an upgrade

^^^^^^^^^^ well said

Hey welcome to the club. (Tho you've been here since July)
I think you car is quite HOT. Its the first AE82 sedan i've seen done up. Great Job.
Just ignore comments like the one from 2TGEU_KE35. I think its time for the people of rollaclub to acknowledge that some people have differant tastes, and its up to you with what you do with your car. If its not their style, then fine, but there is no need to be putting anyone or their ride down.
[/end rant]
Just keep up the good work and I can't wait to see what else you have planned.
Jon.
