Heys guys ive got a problem. Ive got an ae92 4afc seca. Last night i revved out first missed second and gave it full throttle not realising it revved off the tacho. It then proceeded to slowly die til idle. It idles fine but anything less than half throttle and it dies out or revs and miss fires. If there is full throttle it will missfire til 3500 then be fine. Anyone got any ideas. Ive been told so far it could be coil or carby.

Hey Guys, I know this may be a stupid question, but I'm curios as to whether the 4AFC and 4AFE are the same motor apart from one being EFI and the other Carby. If this is the case, does that mean that i can use a 4AFE rebuild kit on the 4AFC? I wanna keep my AE92 seca fairly standard but the km's are over 360,000km and i wanna have a spare rebuilt motor incase this one gives way. any extra info would be great :) Cheers

hey guys i got to school this morning and went to start my car it wouldn't all its making is the solenoid noise. I'm guessing its the starter motor as everything is still working. it does turnoover but only for half a second. can you guys help me please cheers

Hey Guys/Gals I'm looking at putting a 4AGE in my AE92 Seca which currently has a 4AFC I have heard I will have to change the fuelling system and a few other things. Also i belive i will need the loom and ecu as well. Is there any major things that will get in my way? ANy other info would be great Cheers Tom

Hey Guys/Gals I have recently bought myself a AE92 Seca and am looking at upgrading the suspension. I was wondering if AE101-102 front struts (going aftermarket ofcourse) would fit undr my guards? I was also looking at taking the hub assembly from the same model to get vented rotors and different calipers. If anyone has any advice please let me know Tom :)

Hey guys I'm about to get an AE92 Seca with a 4AFE. I am looking to rebuild/recondition the motor just to keep it going for many thousands of kms. Is it possible to rebuild a 4AFE with 4AGE internals eg pistons, rods, rings, bearings? As i have heard the only difference is the intake cam spins backwards on the 4AFE and i can't see why the 4AGE internals wouldn't fit. If it's not possible, are there any manafacturers that make rebuild kits for a 4AFE as i can only find them in America. Any extra info would be great. Cheers :dance:
