  1. Hi mate, well i am converting the dizzy as a pick up for a coil pack setup, basically i just use the bottom of the dizzy with no cap, a waste spark setup. It is a tight fit but it does work. Ill have more pics for you guys soon.

Hi mate, i have just used them to fit my 20v into my ke25, i had to modify them a little to move the engine forward a bit, however they would be great for a 16v or a 20v now they have been modified. When i remove the engine again next week, ill get some pics together. The motor seems to sit nice and low.
  4. Nope nothing, i have sourced a set elsewhere, I'm happy to get a few sets made up from these if anyone is keen? They are to suit 4ag into ke25.

  7. I'm in the process of doing a 20v conversion into my corolla, what brake master cylinder and clutch master is recomended due to th lack of room?

  9. Hi mate, yes all cars ahve to run cages, These cars have to be log booked by CAMS. And cars are checked before all race meetings. I believe they came out with 13" wheels.
  10. Well i still run 13 inch wheels at the moment, i paid $205 per tyre only a few weeks ago.
  11. Hi mate, yes i am very interested in these mounts! I'm just about to do a 20v conversion into my ke25, i don't need them engineered as it is a race car. I'm in sydney, how much do u rekon they will be?
  12. Yeah there is late model and early model classes, there are weight restrictions yeah. It is a great class with all sorts of makes and models, all sorts of engine combinations and very close competetive racing! and a great bunch of guys aswell. And you have to run on a controlled YOKOHAMA TYRES A048R

The rules for imp production racing are very good actually, there is a few rules as far as Engine must be of the same configuration as your model car (eg 4cyl, 6cyl inline, V6, V8) and the block must be made by the same manufacturer as your car (Eg. Toyota, Nissan etc.) Cylinders heads are pretty much open to anything, you can use forced induction however you will need to run restrictors on the turbo, Brakes are open to anything that you can fit inside a wheel 1 inch larger than standard on that particular model, Gearbox is open but no more than 5 forward gears. The are obvioulsy alot more rules but that is basically the major parts.
  14. Thanks mate for the welcome! I'm glad i came across this site! Here are some pics. I'm after $1500 for the motor, with the haltech and exhaust and throttle bodies, the motor was completely rebuilt only 1 month ago for a race meeting, The injection setup is very unique, quad throttle bodies are from a GPZ1100 motorbike, The manifold is custom to suit.   15. Here is my KE25 race car, it competes in the improved production under 1600 class in nsw, I'm currently in the process of repowering it with a 20v engine. Previously it ran a Highly Modified 5K motor, consisting of 5k block and crank, 4age Pistons and rods, 3K Head, Stage 5 Camtech race Cam(3500-7500),Electronic Ignition, 4 into 1 Custom Extractors, Quad Throttle body injection on custom inlet manifild with haltech ECU. (The 5K is currently for sale if anyones interested) The Brakes are terrific having Audi Front Vented Discs with VN Commodore Front callipers, Rear brakes are Series 2 RX7 Discs with Vn commodore rear calipers. Front suspension is modified ke25 struts, with kings springs (coilover), and Noltec Solid adjustable Caster/Camber top plates. It is fitted with a full alloy roll cage, Strut Brace, All seats and carpet removed, VELO Race seat with 6 point 3 inch race harness. Ill add a few pics for you to see, and ill keep you posted on the 20v conversion.
