It is cams regualtions to have your sump plug wired.

LOL! i lockwire everything on my race car!

I am a mechanic and whenever brakes are done, always use loctite on the threads and yes as tight as u can with a spanner or 1/2" ratchet is enough, and always use spring washers. You should buff or clean all the old loctite off the threads aswell b4 u apply the new loctite. Bolts should screw all the way in with your fingers.

i have just bought my new toy, Ke20 Sports sedan race car, origianally i bought it for spares for my KE25 Improved production car but i think ill run it as it is and see how it goes, HOW TOUGH does this look! 20V race motor (200 HP), W57, Motec M4, coil overs, 4 spot Front Brakes, Sprinter locked disc brake rear, Alloy cage.

can't garuntee they will fit, i do know they will fit ke 20/25

I'm up to the stage where i need to setup a Crank Angle Sensor on my 20v in my KE25 corolla Race car, only due to the rules for ym class not allowing me to mod the firewall to fit the dizzy, Does anyone know anyone that is able to do this setup (prefer in syd), Any help would be much appreciated. The pump was setup through the computer.

i hve a terrific setup for ke20/25 it is a gemeni booster and master cylinder to suit erarly ke corolla for sale, $100 and it as all yours!

Yeah check the pump, i only ever used a VN commodore standard fuel pump ( inside the surge tank) to feed this monster at upto 8000 RPM, i did have trouble when the HALTECH was first installed with the injectors being the wrong resistance. it did give a similar prob but if nothing has changed sinse you bought the engine then maybe you should contact haltech.

Hi mate, did u use the haltech computer? have u changed anything else like injectors or anything? id also think about trying a different pump aswell.

ill have these sorted this week hopefully, will inform you of the price, prob be around $250

Sorry these mounts have gone, i am working on a different setup at the moment, it will involve cutting the exisiting mounts off your crossmember and bolting the new punts on, it is a simple setup, let me know if anyone would be interested in these? I am making it to suit ke25 with 20v.

Sorry for the delay guys, the mounts that i have i am no longer going to use, i am going down a different avenue, So i have for sale 1 set of 4age mounts to suit ke20/25 for sale, complete with rubbers. so maybe someone else wants to remake them and sell them if they buy them, Pm me with your best offers guys!
