  1. Almost 1,000 views!!!!! Come on people at 50 cents a person we have almost $500 there. What is 50 cents to you? This money goes towards a charity and a good cause Help out
  2. Hi everyone at Rollaclub, This November I am taking part in the Mystery Box rally which raises money for the Cancer Council. My teammate and I fly to Sydney, get a car worth under $1000 in a mock auction run by the Cancer Council and proceed to 'rally' around mystery locations in outback New South Wales... and maybe Victoria or ACT. Who knows. The money we raise is used in the auction, so if we raise $5,000, we have up to that amount to bid on a car.. so help us get a better car! All of the money goes towards the Cancer Council. We need to raise at least $3,000 to take part, but are trying to aim for $5,000. If anyone would like to donate to my team, you can do so here:https://mysterybox2015sydney.everyda...lattyrefactory Any amount would be greatly appreciated, even $1. If everyone who reads this thread donates $1 it would probably end up a pretty generous amount. Tax receipts are available. Also if you have a business and would like to sponsor our team please pm me. You will be able to have branding on our car, the Mystery Box website and also social media. This costs $100, with anything over that amount counting as a donation and therefore being tax deductible. Cheers
  3. Turns out I'm going to Europe at the end of the year so I'll just drive it and sell it. So far I just put some ke70 calipers on..
  4. finally got some photos with wheels on - suss
  5. Hills run resulted in gears popping out, rear end jumping around and once again a brown seat. However, picked up Ke70 calipers for some much needed wheel fitment and braking improvement.
  6. don't think the colour is original actually, was resprayed 10 years back but its holding up fairly well
  7. Howdy, does anyone know the torque settings for Ke35 front hubs, the bolt that holds it onto the spindle and also the four bolts that hold the disc on? Search came up nill and I don't have a workshop manual yet. Many Thanks
  8. Ssr mk3s, originally intended for the ae86 but that wont be done for a while so I thought I'd make the most of it Drove it the freeway today, so sketchy. Bonnet latch popped at 110 and actually shat myself. Also sounded like I was driving in a hurricane. Nostalgic life
  9. Haha yeah just figured that out today.. Cheers for the responses everyone
  10. actually looking at it in daylight I realised even if they did clear the calipers the wheel studs don't even come out far enough for the nuts to grab hold of due to the design of the wheel :/ Will either need longer studs or weirdly thin wheel nuts
  11. Hey blokes, this is my first old Corolla finally replacing the Classic Toyota hole left in my life after the Ta22 was stolen. It's a 2TGEU (yes EFI!!) 1976 Ke35 hardtop. Was owned by an older woman for the most part, rebuilt by her husband 10 years ago. It then went to some teen for a year and now it's here. Bought as a daily while I am finishing my not as classic ae86. In pretty decent condition overall, needs a tune and maybe a wheel bearing but that's about it. Thankfully almost no rust. I hate rust. Sadly its on stilts already due to my front Ssrs not fitting, but when I get the wheels on I'll get some better shots. Initial plans are fender mirrors, chin spoiler, ducktail, somewhat lower Anyway, photos - (updated)
  12. What sort of offsets are you running now? Might give some spacers a go first before messing around with calipers..
  13. Hey fellas, just bought a ke35 and chucked my Ssr mk3s on, rears fit well but the fronts foul on the lip of the caliper? Wheels are 14" 7j -+0, research I did prior to putting said they would fit easy. Caliper is a sumitomo with 6 18 stamped on, is this the stock caliper? Cheers
