Yeah, talked about pissed off........ HELECOIL HERE I COME!.... =)

Well, on the Bad Side of things..... I after i got the car back, i put all new cooling system through it. As i was changing the thermostat housing, i found out that i had a stripped thread. So off to the wreckers to get get a new thermostat base. After returning home with the base, a lot of screwing round (heater hose pipes on other side ) ( i think it is a 5k thermostat base ) i finally got it on, and to my surprise, (murphys law ) i had another stripped thread into the head.....! YAY....... =)

New member, RAMSAY.........

We met at a local carpark, and from there the 3 rolla's took a short trip to the outskirts of town ending up at the Fraser Island barge at River Heads. After an hour of chat we then continued on for a quick squirt through a long winding estate, and from then onto Maccas for a well deserved ice - cream....

Being a long way away (about 4 hours drive) from the bulk of rollaclub - Brissy - we find it hard to locate close members to go out cruising with.... But we are slowly getting a few together, sourcing rolla fans throughout the area... Last weekend a close rolla owner friend of ours, introduced a mate of his to us who is also a rolla enthusiast...... So began our first UNOFFICIAL ROLLACLUB CRUISE - HERVEY BAY.... =)

Ill let you go on that one Xany.....! :( Shame we can't meet up Jamie... ;) Yeah, i might be able to bring the wagon down this time.... We will see..... can't WAIT =)

So there you have it, the installation of the 5k from start to finish.... All that is needed now is the thermostat housing / base that was purchased this morning, and a new exhaust system that hopefully should be installed later in the week..... Comments?? =)
