yeah, the guys from paradise racing have all the parts i need. i'm just figuring out what to do. i don't want a daily driver that puts out stupid amounts of HP....:D

the $$$ isn't a real issue and i thought about going with a turbo rotary too, but my car is carb and having to run wires everywhere....ugghhh :D

well, after 600,000 miles, my 3TC finally gaveway. should i rebuild and go all out in high performance, or should i swap in a rotary engine and bridgeport it?

there is a company here in cali that does SVT Cobra conversions into focus. they come out hella sweet.

well, hopefully my major future mod will be dropping in a 3S with a 6speed from an Altezza and boosting it like there's no tommorrow......but all in due time.

i'd stay with a 13B instead of a 20B for weight purposes and cost wise. but you can still make more power and toruque with the toyota engine than the rotary.....IMO

thanks and here is a pic of the rims before i mounted them the tint is purple, but you can't tell in the pic, so i'm getting it redone soon.

right now motor looks like this not actual picture becasue my car is left hand drive versus right hand drive everywhere else. but i want it to look like this when i'm done but all in due time =)

i drive a TE72 (1980 liftback) corolla with a 3TC. mods so far area Doug Thorley header, maganflow round muffler with side exit before rear tire. gutted interior, ripped out A/C and readjusted carb. future mods are going to be a set of dual side draft webers or mikuni's, complete overhaul of motor, new engle cam (EP25 grind), head work, roller rockers, forged pistons and connecting rods and mororso oil pan.

new to this site from toyota3tc.com and the 2tc/3tc is an awsome motor with alot of potential. i know many people go the way of 3TGTE or even a 3S converted to RWD or from an altezza, but it's hard to beat a preatically bullet proof motor such as the 3TC.....just my .02. =)
