  1. When I replaced the pump in mine the sender came out first and the pump was inside the tank it was easier to remove the tank from memory, hope this helps.
  2. Hey SCAVMAN I have a 20mm whiteline swaybar on my seca and it was one of the most cost effective handling mods I could have done. I am unaware of how it would be on a hatch.
  3. I had a lot of trouble tracking down parts for my 20v cv's and the like but I got most of them from toyota at Castle hill, they are expensive but it's worth it in the end because most people will try and sell you things that almost fit, in the long run it's better :P hope that helps

  5. hello all my 20valve corolla (ae92 seca csi) keeps burning out the fuel relay which is positioned in behind the centre console near ecu and the nrma said that it shouldn't get so hot? any ideas? :P

  10. Edit: the wrecker pulled it from a later model csi ltd and is exactly the same cluster size and shape , just the fuel is where the toyota symbol is and the temp is where the door light is on the csi dash, sorry to be a pain, I didn't even think it would be that different.
  11. I was wondering whether the tacho from an sx cluster should work if I just swapped it with my original non-tacho cluster? sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but my mate did it with his old hilux and it works, Thanks :dance:

Hey peoples, I own an ae92 rolla and was going to replace my brakes with the superstrut calipers but after reading the info on twincam.org about having to machinethe disc down to make it fit, i went and talked to a brakes proffessional and he said he would make up a bracket/plate which will allow the standard disc with a size of about 280mm to fit.

  14. :lolcry: Thanks so much Nathan, do u know what the product codes were for the TRD shocks and springs and when you upgraded the brakes did you have to upgrade the booster or master cylinder? I am currently running st162r celica front calipers ,vented and slotted rotors and have done the sx rear brake upgrade, as my model is a csx , :lol: Thanks again Nathan i really appreciate the assistance and knowledge as i like to do most of the work on my car myself .

  16. i know you guys have probably already gone over this a thousand times but i was wondering what suspension i could/should run. Currently i have whiteline control springs all-round, with standard monroe gt gas shocks. Sorry if this has been a faq but any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks :lolcry:

  18. Thanks guys :lolcry: , i was talking to the guy that installed it and he said that there is a seal on the back of the original pulley, does anyone know about this? if i get toda cam pulleys would i need to disconnect the vvt

Thanks little red spirit :y: , that makes sense because the engine had about 80,000kms on it before it went in and we changed the timing belt seals and water pump i didn't even think to change the pulleys do you know where i may be able to find a solenoid because i can get toda cam pulleys if they would be a good upgrade

Hey guys , i just had a silvertop engine installed in my ae92 and was wondering if you guys could help me out. when the car is warmed up and after driving it hard for a short period it starts to have a constant ticking noise which speeds up and slows down with the revs, should i be worried? and if so what can i do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
