  3. cheers tory, ya beat me to it. informing RC bout harrys, wats goin on is a police organised car meet (like toombul) they don't hassel ya at all the pannelwagon will ber there, i think that all rollaclub guys should drive in a convoy as we pull up, even if is only 3 or 4 cars cheers, ash

  5. add the pannelwagon to the llist, ill be there for sure, cruise after sounds sweet, dam curfew, ill have to get my bro to come to so he can drive after 11.
  6. sweet pics, it was a cool drive and i great road, even if i didn't drive my car the entire day (cheers tory). after seeing the after photos i need HID globes ya bastards. i think ive got whiplash this morning but it was worth it, more of yous should of stuck around, cheers roo, it was sweet
  7. shweet, isnt it funny that you spend all that time on sat cleaning every inch of car, but on the day only take pics of every one elses cars,
  8. yeah, add my panelwagon up on your list, ill make it there fore sure, anyone keen to meet at somewere in strathpine area so i don't get lost on the way,
  9. yeah, big hip hip horay for jip, that was a great day out, very well done, does anyone have any more pics of my yellow and black panelwagon
  10. hay mate. I'm an auto elecky, and the amount of alt bearings ive had to replace over the years ive lost count. the trick is to not tighten the belts to tight and make them whistle as much, ( i know they sound sick but they kill) they will last a heap longer without as much tension on them
  11. ok i know that some of you will just say look in the FAQs but ive done that and would like a bit more infomation, i know the carby is to big and is pouring way to much fuel in and it is very slugish of the mark. i have a 32/36 downdrough webber of a falcon on top if my worked 4k, but it hasn't been re jetted to suit yet. I'm looking a getting it done soon but would like some starting points for jets, the FAQ says start with 130 mains, 170 air jets, 50 idle. but my 4k has 40thou over pistons, decked block and head, ported and pollished, massive cam with dual timing chain and dual valve springs, electronic ign, a match ported intake manifold and 4-1 extractors. so I'm thinking that the sizes above may be a lil on the small size, I'm not asking for an exact size just what other people have done with these carbys to like the 4k cheers, ash
  12. isnt it funny the people that you meet up with on top of mt mee, lol glad ya found were you were looking for, count me in of the day, i'll shine up the black and yellow pv for the day, can't wait for it,
  13. my brother gets his licence back on the friday and is gettin a few mates to do a run out mt mee, woodford, malaney, kenelworth, obi obi, mapleton then back home. ill be there in my yellow and black 70 van, meetin and leaving at the kallangur maccas at 7am on sunday morning. any more rollas would be sweet to see out there. any takers?
  14. i don't have a pic of the ign system but my setup has a coil of a vn commodore v8 and the ign modual is a bosh part no BIM024 and inside the dizzy were the old modual was i just cut it out and ran 2 wires to get rid of it, the 2 wires from the dizzy go striaght from the dizzy to the ign modual, the coil must have a 12v power feed to the positive then a positive and negative from the coil go to the modual all up the new modual is a 4 wire unit with a 12v feed negative feed to coil, and the 2 wires from the pickup out of the dizzy. but if yours is ok just run the 2 wires to the coil (it should be a black and a black with a orange trace) the black wire to negative and the other to the positive, and get rid of the old coil and ign ballast resistor to give a 12v feed to coil, any more just ask cheers, ash
  15. the wire near the oil filter should be for the oil press light sender, as for the dizzy, the denso electronic dizzy have a built in ignitor but 9 out of ten are stuffed, ive got one on my 4k and i had to bypass the factory ignitor and wire a bosch one and it works a treat, if ya need any wiring sorted, i will be able to help out caus in an auto electrican., if nearby i could have a look for ya. cheers, ash
