its a 4 speed. i am looking at putting a 20 box in my 70 but i thought i had heard they did not fit. so does the shifter come out in a completely different position? or can i still make it work? sorry yes it is just for a 4k

before everyone gets all angry i did try and use the search function but to no avail. now to my question. will a KE20 gearbox fit into a KE70 and visa-verse. cheers sam

sorry guys its been a long time since updates. yeah it has been half fixed now still driving it as a daily. the front end now has a slightly less bent guard on it and a plastic front bumper. i now DON'T have cut springs in the front anymore lol. it now has Carina front struts with 6kg ae86 springs, sigma's, ae86 rack (with spacer), camber tops and ae86 short stroke's. the shocks aren't great and could definitely do with replacing. the motor now is still a 4K but has twin solex's, reground cam, shaved head and extractors thru to i think 2 inch exhaust all the way thru. its now making 55rwks lawl there has been a few other things done but it is looking pretty worse for wear at the moment still has lots of dents (half of which are only half fixed) but it is slowly getting there. i will try to get some pics up soon but as i said it really is not anything to look at right now.

well it only actually snapped in one spot but there where cracks in about three different spots along the arm that would have gone through pretty soon. not bad for just sitting on 60 in 4th

yeah thanks Evan much appreciated i fixed it today got a new spacer from repco i think 6 bucks in total put another pump i had lying around home on and she runs sweet. it actually wasn't just the diaphragm the actual arm that goes into the block had snapped of and when it was recovered (from the bottom of the sump) it had about three separate area's where there where cracks in it. so thanks heaps for your help because i would have never figured that out without getting another car right next to mine. thanks Sam

ahh ok the car is currently at my work(where i towed it after it shat itself) but i will have a look on monday. thanks for the help man this motor had just a plate blocking it off when i got the motor because it was running an electric pump before. so i doubt i would have put a spacer back in there when i put the mechanical one back in. thanks again sam

hey there guys this might sound stupid but i have a ke70 panno that has a 4K with a cam, shaved head, twin solex's, and extractors. the problem is i keep killing standard fuel pumps. i am now thinking that standard pumps might not be good enough to do the job(or they could just be crap pumps). would anyone know if A. they are to small? B. what would be a good and fairly cheap setup i could use to get the job done if i need to go bigger. cheers sam

round quads are buy far the best looking. although series one panel van headlights look good when there not all messed up like mine.

hey guys i currently have carina struts in the front of my ke70 pano. one of them is now rooted and I'm wondering what i could get to replace it. A. weather there are originally carina struts or B. weather somthing like a ae86 strut would be suitable. i would really like to keep the carina break's would these fit onto ae86 struts? any help would be appreciated cheers sam

pano is now lowwwwww. got the rear reset 2 inches lower and the fronts have been cut for the moment. i can here coilys commin. its also running 205/50/15 Falken Azenis RT615 and yes i know overkill but they were free.
