hey all just wondering wether or not i have to use a oil cooler on a 100kw 4age 16v???? if so is this the piece i need??? what will happen if i just used and oil filter like a normal engine? bang bang?

the quads are injection perfection in sydney i think i've picked up the gearbox, tailshaft, slave cyclinder and starter thanks to mookie nothing much to the car has changed but have put in the pedal box bought some gauges this week including water temp , oil pressure , and air fuel ratio got the lift pump sorted surge fittings bought sporty bought got the crank back in the motor and the pistons will go back in this week more posts when i get some more time

where do u measure from?? its got a 832 stamped on the back of it

well guys I've got a flywheel its 4AGZE maybe a few dramas with it hitting on the bell housing but i'll check that out when i get a gearbox and clutch so thanks for helping i'll take some photos over the next few days as its going back 2 gether and going in the car so all i still need is a tailshaft I've got a pedal box but no mastercyclinder i was thinking of use 1 off an old bluebird i've got and the slave aswell...... ?ideas? and i'm on to a 4 speed 4 $50.... still waiting to hear from the mookster..... what would u pay for a H/D exedy clutch kit?? what would i ask for? (1 to suit a 4AGE or AE71?) Thanks Nicko

Hey ed sorry i'm putting the 4age int to ae71 but the 71 was auto but rlly good body the 4age is using a standard dizzy with 2 wires chopped (don't ask y cos i'm not sure) the motor was going years ago (went hard as) but melted #3 piston going down the peron dunes in st helens during a race meet. but that was b4 premium fuel was aroud yeah so i'm looking 4 a set of extractors to suit a 4age in an ae71..... i've asked alot of people down my way bout ae71's and still waiting to hear back. but when i do i'll let yas know I havent looked in the car yet but is the brake and clutch all 1 unit or seperate??? any thing else let me know and vice versa just done a member search couldnt find a joshke

Hey guys New to the site. look foward to meeting u guys and going 4 a spin. i'm doing up an old engine of my fathers, came out of a class 2 off road buggy. its a toyota 4age 16v with quad throttles, not sure on the size of the cam and a remapped delco computer. just getting it bored , new pistons , rings , bearings just the usual.. and... i'm after a few bits like T50 gearbox , extractors to suit 4age into AE71 , distributor (4age), flywheel (4age), pedal box and i'm not sure wether i need to change the tail shaft or not (auto2manual) i'm sure some 1 has said just havent looked yet Cheers Nicko
