  1. If you can find a good reference sticker in decent quality i could make one the same as i have for the above 2
  2. Hood Sticker Probably just have to trim the sticker once its printed with round edges, as well as resize them properly
  3. Here's the Air Cleaner decals, just did it quick. I there are a few very minor details that are a bit out, but it something to work with atleast. I better shot if the yellow would be better to get it just right. At the moment the M's and N's aren;t like the original and the comma's are wrong but ill play with it tonight. I have a go at the other one aswell.
  4. Did you notice a decent performance gain over the standard carby? At the moment i believe the motor has a 3k carby on it so it is probably under powered at the moment.
  5. Yeh i have look at those kits, but I'm not really prepared to fork out that much money, especially when i can get the parts needed for about half
  6. Ok, that makes it a bit easier, hopefully pick a part will have some
  7. Hi, Ive been reading up that 32/36 DGV weber are a good upgrade for k series motors. I'm trying to work out what cars these come of so i can get one from the wreckers and get it rejetted etc. I think XE-F falcons have them, but they have a 3.3l which is considerably bigger than my 5K. I just wanted to make sure that they are ok and if they can be jetted down enough to suit my motor. Also if anyone has done this conversion their advice would be helpful as ive searched the forums and not found much. Cheers
  8. no probs, its actually a machined plate that fits over the wheel studs and just makes the wheel sit out that much further. So your still using the same stud and brake hub just with a metal spacer behind it.
  9. No tires yet cause I'm broke, but running 8mm spacers and some 195/50 or 45/15 cause i found 185/50/15 is super hard to get also the next step is to decided what colour to paint them ive got some thoughs 1. Silver gloss with normal tires 2. Matte black and a thin white wall 3. Gloss black with a red wall 4. Gloss red with a white wall
  10. This is them from the ebay, i test fitted them the other day. I'm going to run them with 8mm spacers cause they are quite close to the strut and id rather avoid it hitting them.
  11. i picked up the rims today and they fit sweet, very close to the strut tower mind you, so ill be running some 8mm spacers but that should do the trick hopefully. Nice and tight with some 185/50/15!
  12. Is it a K series motor. Has it only been happening since you've been drifting it? Probably something to do with the oil or fuel surging cause of the sliding.
  13. Yeh the ones I'm getting are of a SAAB 900. 114.3 PCD x 4 studs There those ugly boxy looking early 80's SAAB's, should be plenty at the wreckers. Best bit is they are RWD so look the part.
  14. Its cool , i managed to get a set of 15 x 5.5, apparenetly pre 87 SAAB 900's use the same pattern. So yeh I'm getting them tomorrow then gloss black with some nice 195/50/15 white walls. I intending to put up a project thread soon so it'll be in there
  15. Any ideas where i might find a good jap car wrecker that will have 4 spare R31-33 spare wheels?
  16. The problem with that being that i'd have to find 4 different spare wheels, but ill keep it in mind
  17. Do you know if they are 14's or 15's?
  18. Just wanting some info on where to find rims to fit my KE30 I'm after these type of chaser rims below, 15 inch to suit the 114.3 PCD What models cars had them? And where would be the best place to look, or does anyone have any they want to get rid of? Thanks
  19. Cool, thats what i thought. I'm just a bit new to corolla's thats all. Thanks for the help  lol
  20. Thas what i thought, so just to make sure I'm getting this right I can get a ke70 5 speed, swap the extensions housings so the shifter position is the same as my K40 4 speed and also the bellhousing will bolt up the same and i wont need to change the tailshaft either? Essentialy making a K50 gearbox Thanks EDIT, just on that too, will the extension housing of the K40 gearbox swap onto the KE70 box?
  21. Hi everyone I just have a question about what options people suggest for my KE30. Its currently a 4 speed and i want to convert to a 5 speed and i just wondering what options i have? So far i know i can get a a k55 5 speed, I'm busying trying to find one. Or ive heard that i can get a ke70 gearbox and swap the extension housings so i don't need to swap the tailshafts. But does this mean i would need a new shifter locations. All opinions welcome Cheers
