Mate ke70 looked tuff i owned the yellow ae71, was giving me the shits on way there put new Weber on and couldn't tune it so just drove it with hardcore over fuelling, if you get drift pipes i recommend ever last mufflers at ridge-haven did a great job of mine not for the faint hearted though as mine are straight through with one muffler and 2x 2" tips. great seeing you and cheers for the pics didnt get many of my car

Hi guys currently doing a manual conversion on my ae71 4ac up to ignition time yet no start I have power just not starting apparently due to safety switch I had 4 wires coming off auto one red on it's own and 3 in a loom two black with white stripe and one green with red stripe I've been told you can by pass this but everything I've been told with no luck, need car on the road asap and this is killing me

Adelaide Northern suburbs, yeah runs smooth as with a quick oil change. its a car i can learn to weld with, paint and body prep. hopefully it isnt to hard to get road worthy any help with getting a ke through regency would be appreciated

Hi all I'm very new to this site and posted this on another forum and thought it would be good to show it on here, i have wanted a KE70 for a long time as a project on the side/track car, i could never find one cheap enough to consider buying as i had my main car taking all my money every week its a Ford BA Fairmont that I'm turbo charging over christmas. Anyways back to my KE. i searched and searched for weeks in the papers, Internet carsales, forums and picked up a Defected KE of the forums for a miserly $250 it needs some work and some love but a low price like that i couldn't let it go. So tow trucked it back to my place where i will try to get it back in RWC and pass regency lol and have a nice daily. Info when i got it Built NOV 1984 4 spd manual Slanty front no interior ripped out by previous owner custom Front damage 290.000 kays custom strut brace cut falcon springs all round broken left taillight missing front bumper and support damaged left front guard rust at rear around boot towbar non locked diff damaged side mirror and some current ones all front end temp fitted with newer stuff and new rear tail light and started to bog up holes in boot havent primed yet any comments will be appreciated thanks Stevo
