yeah it is staying that colour i rekon it looks good thats all that matters right? haha It was my first shot at painting a 2pac matte colour so it was average. other news - wiring all done back to the shop next week and running before chrisy

Hi everyone this is my corolla story, i bought the car a little ova a year and half ago for $200 with the intention to do a hilux motor swap. Soon realizing that if i was going to change the engine i may aswel make it worth it hahaha. It sat in my parents garage for the best part of 6 months while i decided what to do with it, in that time i prepared the car for painting and striped it, i purchased a half cut from the local jap shop and mum and dad arrived home from work one day to find half a car being craned of a flatbed into their driveway taking up more space. With the threat of being kicked out i had to send the car of to get motor in. Its now back at my place to get wired, then back to the shop for a tune, then to the pits and happy driving!!!!! things still to do 1 wiring 2 fit ali radiator + thermo 3 REPAINT (was a quick sat morning job) 4 fit quarter panels 5 fit interior 6 rechrome tow ball 7 ? 8 ? 9 ? 10 ? just little bits and pieces left after that then test her out at motorvation in the snake pit if its ready!! Still havnt got a name for the car yet any suggestion?

Hey mate if your gonna go to the trouble of puttn an sr in may aswel make it a turbo. I got one in my ae71 an there is heaps of stuff that had to be done. if you want to know anything just ask happy to help her is a couple of work in progress snaps
