Ae71 Mods

Hey all...

 

I have recently purchased a ae71 csx.. manual.. 1.6 4a

 

Turning it into a fast and mean machine... mainly for hillclimbs, motorkahnas and drifting..

 

I have been searching this website for ages and well, hard to find things with information etc..

 

Could i please get some info on suspension upgrades, such as changing the struts (brakes etc), shocks and springs.. (I would like all the suspension to be hard, lowered and fitted by xmas.. i know... but its worth a try)

 

also what diffs are easiest to find and easiest to fit... etc.. (are there any disk to disk)..

 

i know its a pretty vague question.. but all help in the right direction would be appreciated..

Upgrade it with AE86 front coilovers and get a jap T series disc rear end, By no means cheap but the simplest upgrade..

You need to search a little harder there is bounty of information in the forum about brake upgrades and diff upgrades. Anything from an AE86 will bolt in.

T-18 rear end goes in too but its drum brake and open centre.
