irokin Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 haha teddy you could do that with less than $20k. in fact, i'd go as far as saying you could do it for less than $5k if you had some welding skills, less than $1.5k if you cut some corners and started with good 4k bottom end and working sc12 supercharger :P and then you might as well put the money to good use and drop a different engine in.
Super Jamie Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 depends what you really want, i'd rather the 4k :P
tricksta Posted August 12, 2004 Author Report Posted August 12, 2004 Yeah i have cancelled the engine conversion at this stage. Its gonna cost too much to fit this engine so i am going to drop in a 4agze w/ turbo setup. A lot easier to do.
andrew Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 if i was going to put something else into an AE82, i'd use a 3S but that's just me. well said no need for nissan engines in yota's bays
treads Posted May 2, 2006 Report Posted May 2, 2006 with all that money spend and time and sleepless night you could just by a 180 or silvia looks better, has more options in it that your ae82 and its rear wheel drive much more fun to drive but thats just my opinion
