um, how do we upload new avatars? and i like the smilies avatars. I'm gunna modify mine slightly... :D

How come I can't find where to change the avatar? they normally have a box to point it to the URL of your avatar and a button to upload it..

I could not upload mine either. But I've linked it from my photo album (which is less than optimal). When the upload thing works can you let us know? I'd prefer to upload my avatar to this server instead of putting constant load on my photo album...
