They look kinda like Tosco wheels of some description.

Yeah I was considering just doing that, didn't really wanna hassle someone unnecessarily who is just trying to sell a car though.

 

Those TRD Tesco wheels are expensive and only come in 13inch.

Yeah they appear to be. 13's wont fit over my brakes so I couldn't get them even if I wanted!
