Extra Plugs In Ae82 4ac 5 Speed Manual Engine Bay...

Just a quick question. Search gave no results. Anyone know what these are for?, theres 3 plugs wired into the loom near the battery one is two plugs together but one side has a blank plug in the socket.. Do i make sense?

got any pictures? never really looked under the dash in an ae82 before, only know about the auto gearbox inhibitor switch ones because we had one come in to work with a burnt out engine bay harness I had to replace..

I'll try to take photos tomorrow if the rain pysses off, of both the engine bay plugs and the dash and any others I find. A found a few things are missing on my car so perhaps there shoukd be things connected to them. I will investigate. Thanks med

even early KE's have a 3rd or 4th wire to the gearbox (first 2 are for reverse) for 4th and 5th indicators that can change the air/fuel ratio for better cruis fuel consumption. could be that too!
