Small Port Vs 20valve

Hey I'm after some advice I have a 92 sx seca with the 100kw small port.. it goes alright but i think its getting a bit long in the tooth. I was thinking about putting a 20v or maybe a 4AGZE. Just wondering if its worth doing? taking into consideration

 

Price, the amount of work to change over, and if it will fit in the engine bay ok. and the amount of extra performance compared to the smallport.

 

any advice is much appreated .thanks

Both conversions have been done numerous times, search around and you'll find plenty of info. I can't really help with specs or comparisons but some of what you'll read is personal opinion etc so have a read and make your own decision. Also set yourself a realistic budget and ask yourself what you want the car to be for? and if you need to build a weapon if really its only a daily. my 2cents
