hey guys, just wandering if anyone could help me with my problem. last nite, in the wet i was in a 2 lane roundabout and a truck started coming into my lane, i swerved and slid out 180 degrees into a big gutter, the truck obviously drove off and i was stuck there, i have rims on the back of my rolla, they are 16inch alloys and stockies on the front, i hit the gutter with the rear passenger wheel first, now I'm getting a sound when I'm driving its like as if the wheel is buckled or sumthing, i took the wheel off and put another same one on, the sound is still there, yet not as loud. i had a look at the struts, they arent bent, so i don't no what it could be, do u think maybe a hub? but the hud doesnt feel loose at all, maybe a lose drumshoe? i would really appreciate any help. thanks guys.

Might be a bent axle, Jack the car up at the centre of the diff and let it idle over in gear and see if the wheel still buckles, Make sure to secure the car tho.

best to put stands onder it makes it a little more stable..

Its best to have the diff supported and not the car so then the diff doesnt start bouncing around and if you put the diff up on stands it might be a bit high.

He meant stands either side of the diff on the axel. And I agree jacks should never be used for supporting the car, just to get it up there. Right tools for the right job.
