JamDaMan Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 can i really do this can i put a ke70 crossmeber in a ae71 because i have a 3tgte engine with mounts made for a ke but i have a ae71 so how do i make it go in without doing the change of mounts please let me know or msg me can i do it or not really stuck 0430248788 Quote
tas_ae71 Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 ke70 and ae71 front ends are identical, only one side engine mount is diffrent. so yes you can swap a ke70 cross member into it. bolts in the same and all. i belive that if you get a t-18 cross member (3t-c) that a 3tgte would bolt in without custom mounts. T-18's use a steering box and ae71/ke70 use rack and pinion, You need to get around that aswell. Quote
