Only an ST185 but the weight was the thing that put me off them. Is it noticeable?? Maybe they just look heavy on paper... I imagine the 185 would be horrifically under braked for the track. 205 brake specs look far better! Quote
ancullen Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 ST205 brakes are WAY better than ST185. I'm pretty certain ST185's have single piston front calipers. :) ST205's weigh slightly less than an ST185 (2kg). It is noticeable that it's a heavy car, but not overly so. Mainly under acceleration when you're waiting for boost to get high enough to be noticeable. Once I've done a bit more with the KE55 to get it to where I want it to be, I want to buy an Apexi AVC-R and wind the boost on the ST205 up to 17psi for track days. Then for road use I'll have boost set lower and so it builds more progressively than the track setup. Quote
