Jono Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 probably won't get passed by an engineer, having said that; my car got passed with ke55 discs and a remote brake booster (smallport 4age) Quote
phife Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 Refer to the Knowledge Base/FAQ link at the top of the page. Quote

Davros El Davros Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 Hey Bro - I am in the middle of (slowly) putting a 100kW 4age in my KE10, and am looking at the brakes right now. My engineer in Wollongong NSW wants to see slotted and vented front rotors, twin pot calipers and a twin circuit master cylinder with a remote booster. Sounds like a bit of overkill, as others on this forum have had theirs passed with lesser brakes. However, I have got the money and am happy to go overboard on the brakes. I am putting a kit on the front that is made by Hoppers Stoppers in Victoria - they are pricey but from what I have heard are well worth it. Check out their website and they have a photo of the full kit. Then I am putting a remote brake booster and a twin circuit master cylinder in there once the engine has been mounted. Ill be doing this in the next 2 months or so, so Ill throw some pics up in my thread on the conversions section... Davros Quote
