In process of putting a Rolla back on road. its a '75 KE30 2 door.

What emission requirments does it need? Ive Heard of PRE EPA on gemini's, think anything 1975 and under had less strict rules for what engine goes in ect.

same for corolla's?

 

Going to a few places today or tommorow to enquire about it and some other stuff.

Was thinking would it be hard to pass RWC with a weber and extractors on a 4k?

 

Any insight would be great

Honestly can't see inspectors having a problem with a weber etc. It's not really like they'l tell you to take it home and put a vacuum canister on it. :P

Main thing would probably be the PCV. Just as long as it isn't venting to the atmosphere, though other than that should be okay?

PCV and a charcoal canaster, are the main things you need.
