I have installed a new thermostat in 1993 Toyota Camry LE and there is very very minimal heat. I live in Canada Burrr. Please any suggestions as to what else could be causing this.

You might not have selected the correct thermostat temperature range. It also doesnt help when your from Canada where 90% of the country is experiencing sub 0 temperatures. Increase your thermostat temperature and when summer comes your going to have to swap back to your current one I guess (don't not run a thermostat. The coolant needs resistance so that it can pickup the heat. Your temperature gauge might show a good temperature but there will be hot spots inside the engine where the coolant flows past too quick and can't pickup enough heat).
