Hi all, I know this has probably alredy been asked, but anyone know what a good electric fuel pump for a carby 4k is and how much I would be looking at paying??

 

I live in NZ.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

The Carter units go for about 150 on Ebay, they have a nice bracket with vibration isolators etc.

 

Holley Reds go for a similar price as well, not sure what mounting hardware they have though.

Facet or what ever they call themselves nowdays will work a treat.

 

Wouldn't use a Holley unless you like sucking fuel through the hose to prime it all the time :)

Yeah mounting bracket for a holley is pretty ordinary compared to a carter, its very similar to that on your coil.

 

As coln72 illuded to, I personally would pick the carter as its self priming.

 

If you want to force induct your motor (saw sc thread) you will need to do a bit more research into what pump to use. :)
