December 4, 200817 yr comment_295145 How old is the radiator? because it could be blocked, or completely stuffed and if (or when) you have air pockets, you should blead them out max Report
December 4, 200817 yr Author comment_295209 he did take the head away to get machined and yes it is flat so i have no idea. could be radiator ill flush it and see Report
December 5, 200817 yr comment_295276 If it blows the head gasket your also ment to try and find out why it blew. Most cases its from over heating so get the radiator professionally check, replace the water pump and thermostat. Flush the whole system with the heater on. If a 4ac does a head gasket it is cheaper to buy a 2nd hand engine from a wreckers and put it in. Report
December 5, 200817 yr comment_295282 block surface fine? no gouges or cracks? Did you check the head to make sure it is flat? or is that assumed? Is the head cracked? alot of things can cause the dramas. Report
