Which Corolla Does This Bosch Alternator Fit?

It's stamped on the casing as 9 120 060 827 which Bosch tell me is a BXT 1241 model (superceded), but they can't tell me if it suits a 3k or 4k or a ke20,30 or 70 or whatever

 

I need a good alternator for my ke 30, and i was sold this as a replacement, but it's quite different from my (stuffed) Nippondenso

 

can anyone tell me which corolla it suits, so i can try to resell it?

 

while i'm here, anyone wanna sell one to me for my ke30 ?

i have found out that it came from a 4k KE25 sorry mate i could of swore it was a ke30 :dance:

if it was off a k motor and your putting it onto a k motor, it should still be ok no? maybe have to change how it mounts?

Some alternators have different plugs etc and Myles, No KE25 came out of the factory stock with a 4K motor :dance:

Most likely it would be off a ke55 or ke 70 . AE corollas also ran Bosch but used a multi rib belt .

just use the alternator bracket off a Australian 4k the wiring is the easy part.

Thanks, got it sorted now, the Bosch is any 4K, the Nippondenso is 3K,,,,,,,,,,,,,now bought 2 Nippondensos for $15 each from a wrecker today, I got the Bosch for sale for $25

you could fit a Bosch to a 3k if you wanted to.
