Suggestion: Rollaclub Wiki?

I'm throwing stuff at it randomly, whenever I get time... It's not that hard to drive, or at least to do the basic functions.

I'm going to start a little reorganisation... just assigning categories to stuff, and make a new section for car audio, and import tiger's stuff.

I think it may also be worthwhile adding a "How To Wiki" in plain language?

 

Because I find it a little confusing myself at times

I've started writing help articles, if there's anything else in there that you would like addressed, plonk in a headings, maybe along with a note, and I'll fill them in over the course of the week.

Some questions:

 

Why are some of the changes by "127.0.0.1"? Is someone making changes from the server itself (localhost) without logging on?

 

Secondly, in "Current Events" and "Help: Contents", what's with the many many links to... is it spam???

Can we set it up so that only registered members can edit/post?

There's a knob you have to set in the config file...

 

In LocalSettings.php, add the line:

 

$wgWhitelistEdit = true;

 

This will force users to create an account to make changes.
