May 20, 200521 yr Author comment_44899 ya, i hunted through the wiki, but i thought it was a 6.38 axle 3.58 is a hell of a lot better than a 4.30, eh? Report
May 20, 200521 yr comment_44913 Nick: S is 6.38, T is 6.7. You of all people should know that :moon: 3.58 would be really good for cruising on the highway and stuff. 4.3 would have better acceleration, you'll be hard pressed to find a 4.3 for an S I recon. Would be easier to find a 4.1. Report
May 20, 200521 yr comment_44925 australian ke71 (aka: update shape ke70) had 4.11 S diff centers. they're piss easy to change spider centers in, you need to change the pinion gear as well as the ring gear if you want to swap ratios Report

May 20, 200521 yr comment_44986 it's front drive tho, right....maybe 3.89? yea, the geo is fwd. hmm ive never posted a pic of it. best pic i have right now. the window is fixed now, the crank unit froze and something snapped...dropping my window into my door just in time for my drive to work and for it to sit out in the parking lot in the snow. hence the duct tape, i think you guys call it gaffer tape tho. :moon: Edited May 20, 200521 yr by bitter Report
