vagen
is it even possible to put one of these in a rwd car? 135hp would be nice if it's possible to make it work with my K-series gearbox
Taz_Rx
Any engine conversion is possible with enough research, time and money!! Getting a 4efte to bolt up to a K50 IS however impossible. :y:
staynspray
the hardest part would be trying to get a rwd gear box to bolt up does any one have 4efte engien ? check and see if its close to the k or t series g/box you might have to get an adapter made for it but still sounds like a fun idea i like
towe001
T-series g'box with the A-series bellhousing should bolt up fine. But i don't know if the flywheel will be ok to use cause the motor as far as i know wasn't used in a RWD car. But it does have the RWD mounts (or at least from what i've seen and could work out). You'll have to relocate a few of the bolt-on bits, brackets and pipes so that you can get to the mounts. The next problem is that the dizzy is at the back of the head.... SLO-030
id use a T50 no mater what, i don't think i'd trust a K50 behind anything more than a K engine
