demuire Posted June 1, 2005 Report Posted June 1, 2005 I'm not sure if anyone has posted this up before (is this the link Doug posted up ages ago?), but came across this: Tech Edge Quote
Super Jamie Posted June 4, 2005 Report Posted June 4, 2005 google for "diy-wb" if you don't like paying money :) Quote
Felix Posted June 4, 2005 Report Posted June 4, 2005 yup, thats the one. i use the fuel mixture display kit in standard narrow band mode. still is an awesome tuning aid for NA carbed engines. wouldn't worry to much about a wideband setup unless you have a hot turbo setup and a programmable computer. Super Jamie Posted June 4, 2005 Report Posted June 4, 2005 they say the jaycar kit is designed for a certain sensor, but will work with other sensors if you "calibrate it". not having an AFR meter or a dyno shop or an efi car to do this with, is the difference really that great? Quote
demuire Posted June 5, 2005 Author Report Posted June 5, 2005 Another kit I've got a Jaycar one, but the one that uses LED's (instead of the readout). I have absolutely no idea how accurate/inaccurate mine is, I suspect the latter is more correct. Quote
demuire Posted July 15, 2005 Author Report Posted July 15, 2005 If anyone is interested, John at ImportBitz sells the Innovate Motorsports LM-1 kit for $595. http://www.importbitz.com/electronicnew.htm Quote
