PorkoWog Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 Hey people, just wanted to ask some law-related questions. Once you have been to court and have been given your decision (I got a two year suspension), how long do I have till I can appeal my case? How do I go about appealing? Also, with the NSW rule saying that you can have only one passenger in the vehicle after 11 pm for a P1 driver, I heard that you can have more people in the car so long as they are 21 and over. So if you are a P1 driver, and have one 18 year old and three 21 year olds, you cannot be fined due to the curfew. Is this true? Hope to have these answered soon, thanks everyone! :y: Quote
Taz_Rx Posted November 20, 2009 Report Posted November 20, 2009 These guys can probably give you an accurate answer to both questions. Unfortunately anything else that a member here would tell you is only really here-say. :y: Quote
PorkoWog Posted November 20, 2009 Author Report Posted November 20, 2009 Thought so, thanks a lot for the reply Taz_Rx. Quote

PorkoWog Posted November 21, 2009 Author Report Posted November 21, 2009 Hmmm, weird. I thought it was something else... Thanks Hiro Protagonist. I'll be giving Legal Aid a call to confirm the questions on Monday. Quote
