Just wondering if anyone knows off of the top of their head what type o' thread the oil pressure switch on a 5K uses?

 

Can't find my thread gauge...its not with my taps :D

Aren't they usually BSPT.

 

All those fine-thread fitting like that one, the brake vacuum line, the vacuum temperature sensor I thought were all old British plumbing threads.

Would believe it would be 1/8 gas

Which I think is the same as a 1/8 BSP anyway?

1/8 NPT springs to mind. There is something else, real close too but it is 1 TPI out.

yeh, NPT ususally runs different TPI, although in some particular sizes I think they are the same.

 

It's a BSP basically, I'm not sure where the GAS comes from.
