suparolla Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 just wanting to know if there is a difference between a 4age and a 4agze starter motor Quote
parrot Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 Before you get too excited, be aware that the 4AGZE starter mounts on the inlet side, and the 4AGE starter mounts on the exhaust side. They are not interchangeable. If you are after a reduction drive starter for a 4AGE, there are other options available. Quote
springersrolla Posted February 11, 2010 Report Posted February 11, 2010 its a 4agze motor and the starter has shit itself, hes lookin to see if and 4age series starter fits or if its 4agze specific, cause it looks like a new one, or a 2nd hand 4agze one Quote
parrot Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 (edited) From memory 20 valve starters are on the intake side. Search around to confirm that fits. Should be able to find one of them easily enough. A lot easier than a 4AGZE one anyway. Edited February 13, 2010 by parrot Quote
