yohann Posted August 4, 2010 Report Posted August 4, 2010 hello there ive recently installed itbs on my smallport engine and ive took the car to one of the best tuners ive got here the problem is I'm the only one in the country with a 4age. so we encountered a problem when i go on full trotle. doesnt matter witch rpm , the car just wont go. it doesnt stop or stall. just feels like very week. my setup is that. stock small port engine. some chinese exhaust manifold. t3 itb adapter 315 7mgte injectors vag 1.8 coil pack. haltech e6x ECU and I'm using the stock dizzy as a CAS. so I'm looking for a map . if for an haltech that would be awesome. if not . than just to see what is different. thank you yohann Quote
beerhead Posted August 4, 2010 Report Posted August 4, 2010 Are you running the TPS or MAP sensor as the primary feedback loop? You'll need TPS mode to tune those throttles. You won't be using enough of the tune table if your using vaccum mode for the engine to work properly. Quote
yohann Posted August 4, 2010 Author Report Posted August 4, 2010 sorry i forgot to tell. yes i am running tps mode. Quote
Taz_Rx Posted August 4, 2010 Report Posted August 4, 2010 Considering your previous thread about calibrating the TPS I think this may be were you problem still lies. By the sound of the calibration is still out and when you're hitting full throttle its clicking the TPS back around to were its should be at idle, hence the fuel map goes cuts back to idle. Quote
