August 29, 200521 yr Author comment_66825 OMG i can't believe i forgot to say what engine! :D It's a 4K-C... :) We took the rocker cover off to find the gap on no. 4 was much larger than the rest, trying to slowly tighten it down to atleast get rid of the annoying tapping noise. :D Report

I adjusted mine and it still has the rattling noise so if it works for you i'll try again... I think the parts are just flogged Nevertheless, gregories manual states: intake 0.20mm exhaust 0.30mm there is a procedure in rotating the engine so that certain pistons are TDC when adjusting certain clearances, i can't remember off the top of my head, but its all in the gregories manual. Don't just adjust them all without rotating the engine. BUY A GREGORIES MANUAL :) If you get rid of the rattling drop a post saying so.. Report
