is there a toyota corolla magazine available, just like classic ford dealing with escorts and cortinas. if there is, is it available in australia and in english not japanese. thanks

No, nothing in English.

 

There is Japanese Nostalgic Car, which is US based, and a number of Australians subscribe to. They also have an interesting website

 

What there is are the Japanese, Levin Trueno series (the publisher prints similar series for lots of other cars). Another good one is Nostalgic Hero, which has a variety of old Jap tin.

 

The Japanese Mags are of very high production standard. May not be able to read them, but they are great to flick through. I have a fairly substantial collection........

US based. Be mindful, their are some doubts as to when another issue may come out. Maybe buy the back issues and wait and see.

 

Levin & Trueno Magazine

 

If you search for 'Levin & Trueno' on ebay, you will see quite a lot of these. Prices vary fairly considerably. It is up to about volume 22 or 23 I think. Focuses almost entirely on AE86's though

 

 

A worthwhile one to get, is the Levin and Trueno memorial. Has a reasonable amount on the earlier cars. You should find this on US ebay, or at kinokuniya below.

 

 

There are others, Hyper Rev, Autoworks Retro Car etc, all in Japanese. Be careful, as prices vary widely on ebay. And watch the postage.
