No, not really. Depends on what type of foot the driver has (I'm guessing Leaded having a VL Turbo), which in that case, take the Powe.. Sorry, Toyoglide, to a place to Trick it up, so then it CAN handle the 20-30 odd kW's of Lead-Footed Power. :)

Yeah all weather car cover will be the first thing I buy after my new pushy. Still want to get an actual powerglide in this. Just hard to justify behind a k motor lol.

It will also require widening the Trans Tunnel, and I think on these, 80 or 100mm wider.

 

And if you're gonna throw in a Powerglide, you may as well drop in a 186 / 202, or if you're serious, a 307 Chev. :D

Pfft. Not a Holden motor lol. I've got a 351 Windsor sitting in my garage now lol.

 

Don't really wanna change from the k motor in this one. But if I do I'll stay Toyota.

No license till July. And this is only going to go on club rego.

 

Plans ATM in life are. Hopefully pick up my new pushy tomorrow, if not it won't be any later then Saturday. Appointment with the bank on Thursday to talk about house loans. Vl is sold, so when that is picked up, new rack and rear shocks in the fairlane, then get it running on gas and rego the fairlane. Get the xr all together and club regoed. Then rego the ute. And then front drivers guard and drivers door, 4k into the ke20, alpine cd player, run front splits in the existing speaker holes in the rear cards, alarm, then club rego. And then get the xr resprayed and ke20 resprayed when I can afford to :)

 

Ute rego will be about a week or two before I get my license back. If the xr gets done soon enough and funds permit, the ke20 will get club reg before the ute gets rego.

Lol. Club reg I think is only like $80 for the year. And I might not have to pay the ute's rego either

well up for sale for the time being, only going to advertise on here, because really would rather keep then sell, but badly want my xr on the road before i get my license back.

i paid 1800 for my powerglide with k bellhousing built to handle 400hp with a stage 3 shift kit and transbrake fully manualised

Apparently, from what I heard, you can have 4 cars Victorian Club Rego'd, all for $130. :)

well moved the ke20 into the driveway infront of the garage now that the vl is finally gone. also thought i might take a picture of the reason why i need a drivers door and guard once i have some time and money for this thing. as i don't think i have posted a picture of the driver's side yet. oh and don't mind the mess on the ground teething puppy, tore his bed to shred's instead of sleeping in it lol, so gotta clean that up soon.
