Would I be correct in saying that the sedan does not have a pillar fuel filler, and the coupe does? Is that an easy way to 'diagnose' the car?

Both have fuel filler in same place, but sedan has lid on it. rh pilar has air vent and lh pilar has fuel filler lid.

 

On coupe the air vent's are much smaller and lower in pilar.

But simpliest is to look the whole backend of the car, it's so much different... :D
