Your rails aren't even? Parallel I mean?

Like this maybe??

Maybe take the seat out and make sure the rails are locked to the extreme fron or back of the seat.

I know on the ksev the rails are one locked and one free rail but your might be both locked and they have gone out of alignment with each other.

EDIT: If you were at Bribie now I'd be able to come help :P

ohh nice haha didnt know that :)

I find the best way to put seats in is to slide the rails fully forward and then "hook" the front of the rails over the chassis in place - put bolts in the holes but don't tighten them up fully. Then, slide the seat fully forward and line the rails up at the rear, then tighten the bolts all round. The key is to not have the weight of the seat over the area where you are doing up bolts, both for access and taking the pressure off the bolts and the rails which makes it easier to align.
