Hi guys i tried to search wiring for my o2 sensor for my te72 or 1980 toyota corolla 3tc engine. I need help where to plug my o2 sensor. Does any one know how to wire it up and where does it connect thanks

Being a carbied car, I would have thought that it wouldn't have had a factory O2 sensor (although I think some American spec carby cars do have them under the draconian Californian emissions spec). Are you looking at fitting an aftermarket O2 sensor for a AFR gauge?

Well, it has an 'emissions ECU' that needs the O2 sensor.

 

It is for various emissions controls on the engine, however it does not control the fueling of the engine, so it's not an EFI setup, and while it is an ECU, it is not an engine ECU, it's an emissions control ECU.

If any one has a picture of there o2 sensor on the car that is plug in maybe i can trace the old wire prob is there is no plug for my o2 I'm thinking old owner just yank the wire coz original plug was left on o2 sensor and have no idea what color the wire would be
