If you own it, its yours. Therefore they can't touch it.

in regards to a motor vehicle? if it is registered under your name and paid with by your money

i.e. you have a tax invoice or certificate of attainment when you bought the car it is completely yours

 

i remember one of my friends whose studying law telling me that if an item is on a property for more than a certain period of time it is property of the land owners

(this is a legal issue) normally come accross on the acquisition of previous spouses/partners belongings,

 

don't know anything about rights or w/e you can get rental assistance/youth allowance if you or your parents don't make that much money tho

hmm thought there wasnt much to do about it just gotta live with it i do all my chores and shit pay bored dnt complain about stuff but soon as we have a disagrement they start threatening to take my car and burn and i no there nt kidding oh and take my laptop

There is always 2 sides to a story and we are only hearing yours so you must be doing something to shit them off. Like Reed said their house, Their rules.

 

If you call the cops on them i reckon your going to open a can or worms that's going to kick your arse, Then burn your car.
