clarkz Posted August 18, 2011 Report Posted August 18, 2011 (edited) hey guys, just got my first rolla! don't know too much about them but am trying to learn very quickly. Hope the pic works! Brought it for $450, engines siezed but have sourced one out from a member on here brother, have manual conversion there but i think i just need the pedal box! My plan is to get the new engine in, possibly respray it all matt black as a dodgy job or the original blue with red pinstripe as i quite like the colour, get it roadworthied and regoed, then start planning to put in a 4agze and start D-rifting! Took the front passenger side quarter Panel off today cuz it a bit dented, absoluelt no rust at all under it so I was happy with that! Dunno if it's one of the trouble spots! Might be spraying it blue print if I can get the paint off a mate! Quote

However, the rear end on the other hand is the most prone to hazardous rust! Must admit I like the rims on the back too. Too bad it didn't come with a full set. Cheers, Jake. Quote

clarkz Posted August 22, 2011 Author Report Posted August 22, 2011 Found a bit of rust last night on the boot seal rail! Couple of holes, couple of chuncks taken out lol. Has been previously repaired but havent done a good job! My mate should be able to fix it up though. Quote
