Ive had mine on stands for ages as well, even lifted the front up nearly a meter off the ground to get the engine out from underneath cause I didn't have enough room to use a engine crane, but even then the car was that light could get 3 people to lift it up off the stands, haha.

Try car ramps at front axle stands at rear, more stable.
