Had a hyper pak ,seemed ok until removed the engine to onther car and fu#ked it my fault.

I had a 4ac disy and it would defently fit ,but have change the drive cog.

 

As for internals I'm not sure which way it spun,but why couldnt you turn every think over.(re weights etc)

I don't know, it has been a while since I even worked on a 4ac, I might have a look at my old dead one on the weekend.

yes you are right my bad.says on the paper work recomend.

My guess is that cam shaft snapped because lack of oil, not cause of the dizzy.
