Ae82 Steering Wheel

URGENT

I want to pull this steering wheel off because the horn isn't working, everywhere i look up talks about a screw on the bottom of the horn pad but i can not find it.

Please someone help as there are plenty of horrible drivers on the road and i need my horn before i get run off the road by an idiot

 

ps ive tested the horn so i know its working now i just need to work out whats going on with the horn pad

Pop out the plastic bit in the middle. There will be a nut behind it.

Thats the problem, i don't know how to pop the plastic bit out
