I wouldn't really worry about a rear swaybar.

Lets see if i can remember where i put the nolathane bushes

On the front -

  • Lower control arms
  • Radius/Strut/castor arm (whichever you feel like calling it at the time)
  • Swaybar
  • Bottom half of the swaybar link - where the link connects to the lower control arm.

On the back -

  • Top and bottom parts of the shackles

After that i'd just use normal rubber bushes. Need to keep some flexibility in the suspension, otherwise it'll just be too harsh.

King Springs Vs Pedders

I bet ya if you went to King Springs they'll say their springs are better then the Pedders brand cause.......

Better.

King Spring traditionally had a reputation for ... well... for want of better words, ordinary quality control.

You could get four supposedly matched springs and the whole car would sit horribly.

They however have seemed to have picked their game up over the last few years. The springs that came with my $4000 MCA struts for the Subaru are custom Kings, and I know Murray wouldn't use them if they didn't have their shit together these days.

That said, I've been sponsered by Peddars for years and have never had an issue with their springs. And I've punished them far worse than you ever will.

Forget about sway bars until you have springs and shocks sorted.
