madKE35coupe Posted March 28, 2012 Report Posted March 28, 2012 hey guys and gals....I'm in a bit of a pickle at the moment. see i love my toyotas, but i also love my mazdas. my mechanic matt has offered me a piston mazda 929/rx4 fairly cheap, and has offered to assist me in converting to rotary if i wish to do so....as some of you know i have a 1979 rt118 wagon that i am just about ready to get on the road.........just wondering what everyone thinks of this idea? i know all the toyota nuts will be shaking their heads at me like I'm a fool, but i have always had a soft spot for the ol' mazdas, especially 929's. i would still be in a toyota occasionally, as my wife has an mx83. just putting it out there as a possibility. the mazda does need a bit of work, but having the mazda god as a mentor.....well lets just say it has the potential to be an absolute animal of a car :laff: thoughts, opinions and insults all take into consideration  Quote
